Extended Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that finding the perfect scent takes time. That’s why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy:
✅ Extended Return Period – You can return* or exchange your purchase between the 7th and 14th day after receiving your order.
✅ Product Condition – The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
✅ Required Documentation – Please include the invoice and all original documents with your return request.
Exceptions & Important Guidelines
While we aim to accommodate all return requests, please note the following exceptions:
🚫 Non-Returnable Items – Testers and bundles are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of breakage.
🚫 Valid Reasons for Return – Returns are accepted only in cases of product unavailability or manufacturing defects.
🚫 Order Cancellations – We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability or other valid reasons. If your order is canceled, you will be notified via email.
